Gantry design

The thermo-symmetric gantry design maintains precision even under high head loads. The dielectric tank is integrated into the machine bed for maximum temperature stability and flow-optimised infeed.

EAGLE POWERTEC generator

The generator adapts every discharge to the constantly changing gap conditions. This ensures high removal rates with minimal electrode wear, sharp edges and accurate geometry — even with small undersizes.

Maximum machining current: 60 A (110 A optional).

EAGLE POWERJUMP

Fast electrode lifting on the Z axis — up to 18 m/min — ensures effective flushing even under difficult conditions and reduces idle and machining time. The movement adapts to the electrode size and type of application.

Temperature compensation

Sensors at key points of the machine detect temperature changes, and the system automatically compensates for coordinate shifts. Together with the symmetrical design and controlled cooling of heat sources, this maintains precision in 24/7 operation.

According to the manufacturer, the temperature-related deviation over 24 hours with compensation is less than 1 µm.

Integrated C axis

The highly dynamic direct-drive C axis is integrated into the work head as standard. It holds even heavy or protruding electrodes of up to 50 kg precisely in position and enables multi-axis EDM. All standard electrode clamping systems can be used.
