Description
Machine base
The machine base is cast from grey iron. After casting, it undergoes vibratory stress relief and natural ageing. This reduces residual stresses and ensures long-term geometric stability of the machine.
Column
The wide column and large contact area between the column and the base increase structural rigidity and reduce vibration during machining, improving accuracy and surface quality.
Axes and drives
All three axes (X/Y/Z) are equipped with size 55 linear roller guides. The ball screws are directly coupled to the servo motors, with no belt transmission.
The mounting surfaces for the guides and ball screw supports are scraped and ground to ensure alignment of the ball screw supports.
Automatic tool changer
The machine is equipped with a cam-driven, double-arm automatic tool changer. Standard magazine capacity is 24 tools. Tool-to-tool change time is 3.5 s.
Lubrication
Centralised lubrication is fully automatic: lubricant is metered according to axis travel distance and a set time interval.
Quality control
Before shipment, every machine undergoes final inspection, including a geometric accuracy check. After installation at the customer's site, the geometry is checked again during commissioning.
