Design

Bed:
The design utilizes an inverted double V-ribbed structure to achieve the best power flow path. The entire X-axis travel is supported, preventing sagging due to gravity and deformation, ensuring workpiece and surface machining accuracy.

The base design is optimized using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The X-axis uses a high and low guideway design. Dimension L1 is larger than in other industry models, and the center of gravity is closer to the tool tip, increasing rigidity and stability. It is suitable for machining hard-to-cut materials and achieves ideal dynamic cutting performance.

Double-wall and symmetrical construction. The column features a double-wall design to increase structural rigidity and minimize thermal deformation possibilities.

The bed is designed at a 45-degree angle, which, combined with the fork-type milling spindle, allows the machine to achieve a wider range of cutting angles.

Spindle

The built-in AGA spindle features the following functions and characteristics:

• Spindle temperature monitoring: allows instantaneous temperature control of the spindle during its movement via an internal sensor, ensuring productivity and long-term operation.
• High performance: processing speed of 15,000 rpm and high torque of 119/143 Nm, suitable for machining aluminum alloys, aerospace parts, and molds. The spindle power in this configuration is 45/54 kW.
• Distance from spindle nose to table surface (A-axis = 90°) is -155 ... 1095 mm.
• Distance from spindle center to table surface (A-axis = 0°) is 185 ... 1435 mm.
